Ok, so I'll add the first story.  My most memorable concert, back in 1995, was at the Great Western Forum.   My last year of high school. I heard on the radio that Queensryche would be at the Forum, and I wanted tickets so bad.  So I went and got them.  I was bouncing off the seat in my friends car.  We get there, and it was so damned crowded! Type O Negative was the opening act, and I'd vaguely heard of them from my brother. (*cluck*)  They were actually pretty good too, but after all, I was there to see Queensryche!  Oh man!  People were throwing things on stage, and all the screaming, my head hurt! It was either from the screaming or from the fact they had the amps up all the way! But hey, a place that big, ya need to crank somethin!  Oh hell, it was great!  I can remember how bad I laughed when from behind the drumset you could faintly hear Eddie swearing into his mic, I guess that night he was having problems with his bass! But when he wasn't doing that, he was pitching picks into the crowd, my friend got hit in the upper lip, one went down the front of my shirt.  Now if that isn't good aim from the stage, I don't know what the hell is!  All that energy!  Michael and Eddie were running across the stge, bouncing off of small risers, Geoff was like an octopus!  EVERYWHERE! It was so great!  They did 2 encores, and the setup was shwon in Metal Edge I believe, a nice3 little bistro setting or something, the perfect sedcution palace!  Geoff plays a mean saxaphone!  The rest of the guys looked great!  Decked out as a lounge act, now THAT is a sight to see! It was so perfect! (except I didn't get to meet the band!!)  Little did I know, thatwould come 5 years  almost to the day!  That's right!  June 9, 2000, at the House Of Blues on Sunset Strip!  This time, armed with a camera, I intended to get pics of the show, of the guys, all that!  Not to be had, security was around me the whole time.  Dammit!  The opening act sucked big time!  i think after 10 minutes, we were booing them off the stage!  This was a Friday mind you!  Queensryche and Tequila Sunrises go good together!  Now, that show was kick-ass!  My first time at the House Of Blues!  hey, I don't get out much!  My cat will not let me leave!!  N-EWAYZ!  I went down there that Sunday, not intending to go to the concert that night, but to do some shopping at the Virgin Mega Store.  Uh-oh!  I find out that there are a few tickets available........so I went back for round 2!  Once again. armed with a camera, I found I was unable to get up to see the band, so I gave a new friend my camera, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE FRED!!!!!!  And he got some pics for me.  Well, a sad look and a sad story can at times accomplish anything!  So I wanted my camera, and the manager was nice enough to turn me loose in the meet and greet room!  I foud my friend, talked to the guys a bit,  very down to earth!  Only, Kelly wasn't there, and I really wanted to meet him!  It was pretty late when I finally left.  hehe  But these guys are so great!  And even though ED cut all that long, wonderful hair off.....HE STILL LOOKS GREAT! And Michael looks great anyways, but in leather.....FORGET IT!  Geoff is just the greatest guy in the world!  So sweet, and hey, any man that can talk about SEX IN A PUBLIC place is great in my books!!!  oh man, such vivid memories....such dreams evoked........  WE'LL LEAVE IT AT THAT!
